The major is taken during the last two years of the engineering cycle and enables you to develop your expertise in the field of data. It is available as an initial training course or as a sandwich course.

What is the Big Data & Analytics major program?

The Big Data & Analytics major in the Engineering curriculum enables you to fully master the concepts of Big Data and the mechanisms of data governance. You will also master Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark. Finally, you’ll learn how to use Machine Learning algorithms and data manipulation tools such as Matlab, Python and Spark.

In fact, you’ll have the opportunity to carry out your internships abroad, or tostudy abroad for a semester or a full year in ING5, your final year. In some cases, this last option enables you to obtain a double diploma, one issued by ECE and another issued by one of the school’s 130 international partner establishments.
